My husband and I would highly recommend this restaurant because of its exquisite food + great service.This took us back to the way restaurants used to be.Generous entrees+ meals with French flair.Chef Christian + wife Liberty excell at what they do.Melbournes loss is Hervey Bays gain.Bon Appetite

Aegean Waters French Restaurant is a diner's opportunity to experience excellent French cuisine in an intimate atmosphere. I always find the warm greeting I receive welcoming and the relaxed ambience comforting. The fare is exquisitely prepared and presentation is of a high quality.
