  My family and I came to visit family and came here often. Staff seemed upset from being told what to do from egotistical manager, as a result one of them treated a couple of customers including myself pretty rudely. Other then that usually a quaint little place with a couple of all round under pressure or not friendly staff. An analysis of the situation would depict there needs to be a change in management and additional staff added to freshen it up as typically it always has the same tight knit staff. Compared to the other post office in Pialba that is always changing staff over; it is an awesome fresh experience everytime with great energy.

  One of the staff members here was completely rude, spoke to myself and my mother like we were stupid. Wouldn't recommend ever going there again. I know I won't be. Whether you're a customer or not no one deserves to be spoken to like that..

  The staff was the rudest person. They were just like having afternoon tea at the workplace.The company should really reconsider this policy as you have unfriendly impatient, working there who really should not work in hospitality.
