Possibly the worst customer service ever. If this was a business it would have collapsed by now. It took 13 phone calls over a three week period from me to book a final inspection of a building. On each phone call I was told either the person that did the bookings for inspections wasn't available, told different prices for inspections or told that they didn't know what the price of the inspection would be. When wanting to make a complaint about the customer service received I was told I would need to speak to my local councillor. Find it hard to believe that there is no one that deals with customer service. On top of that if you want a job where you don't know anything - apply at Fraser Coast Council.

Beautiful Hervey Bay,  morning walk,  taking in the views and fresh summer breeze when I observe the council rubbish collection service collecting general and recycled waste bins into the same truck... Full of non-recyclables. I asked the driver why no recycling today and he explains that council deem the effort of separating waste as not cost effective.  Cost of future environment is not on their budget analysis? How widespread and common is this practice? If much of the Western world can get on board with recycling why can't Fraser Coast ?
