  Cakes are Beautiful, taste great, and in the past great service. However my experience with an order that was due to collect this Saturday a little concern. Long story short, I ordered a cake, rang twice to make sure all was okay, as the staff could not give me a definite answer. Go in to the store only to be told " I'm been away, and I'm too busy, and the flower comes from Sydney". Communication failed and I am now left to find a beautiful cake for my mum's 60th birthday in 3 days. It could of been communicated that they were unable to do the cake over a week ago and I would of given them 5 stars.

  I just tried to pre-order a quiche for Christmas and was very disappointed to be told that they no longer make them. Apparently orders from head office. What an amazingly stupid business decision. Perhaps some overpaid executive would explain the reasoning behind this?

  Very disappointed ,was told we no longer do half (1/2) mud cakes. Thankfully there are plenty of other bakeries in Hervey Bay.
